Founder of Vault Human. For over twenty years Russ has led organizations — as a CEO, Executive Director, and Board President, and as an attorney, still practicing — developing people and the processes around them without letting anyone lose themselves in the machinery.
He is an operator and a builder first, law-trained, building the legal architecture of a firm designed around a single idea: that one accountable human should be able to hold a whole life instead of handing it out in pieces.
