Effective October 25, 2026. Vault Human, LLC (“Vault Human,” “we”) runs vaulthuman.com and the daily coaching emails. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name and email when you ask for your first Key or join. Anything you choose to write in a form. If you book a call, the details you enter in Calendly.
- Payments. Memberships are paid through Stripe. Stripe handles your card; we never see or store the full card number. We receive your name, email and payment status.
- How you use the site. Pages visited, the link or ad that brought you here, device and browser type. We use Google Analytics and the Google Ads tag for this, through cookies.
- Email activity. Whether our daily emails arrive, so we can fix delivery problems.
Why we use it
- To send the coaching emails and membership you asked for.
- To answer you, and to book and hold calls.
- To bill memberships and keep payment records.
- To learn which pages and ads help people find us, so we spend less on the ones that don’t.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information.
- We don’t share what you tell us in coaching with advertisers.
- Vault Human is coaching, not therapy or medical care. Don’t send us health records.

These companies process data for us under their own privacy terms: HubSpot (contacts), Google (Analytics, Ads, Gmail), Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Cloudflare (website hosting).
Cookies and ads
Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies to measure visits and ad results. You can block cookies in your browser. You can opt out of Google’s ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link.
